魏本华
前国家外汇管理局副局长、人大重阳高级研究员
魏本华先生于1981年获得内蒙古师范大学英语学士学位，1984年在中国人民银行研究生部获国际金融硕士学位。从1984年开始，长期在中国人民银行外事部门从事国际业务，历任副处长，处长， 副司长和司长。2003年- 2008年任国家外汇管理局副局长。2008年2月至2010年1月任中国人民银行参事。2011年5月至2012年5月，当选东盟与中日韩宏观经济研究办公室创始主任。在金融与经济政策领域，魏本华先生亦有着丰富的国际工作经历，如1999-2003年任中国驻国际货币基金执行董事。
 
Wei Benhua
Former Deputy Administrator, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), Senior Fellow of RDCY
Mr. Wei Benhua received his Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the Inner Mongolia Normal University in 1981 and obtained Master degree in International Finance at the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China in 1984. He was the Founding Director of ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office from May 2011 to May 2012. He has served as the Advisor to the Governor of the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) from 2008 to January 2010. He was the Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) of the People’s Republic of China from 2003 to 2008. Prior to joining SAFE, Mr. Wei served as Director-General of International Department in PBOC from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Wei was also China’s representative in various international organizations. He was Executive Director representing China in the IMF from 1999 to 2003.
